  18.     Hi, I've an Amiga 500 ECS with a 1084 monitor.  I don't really use
  19.     HiRes Mode that much, but when I do I put on my sunglasses and turn
  20.     down the contrast on the monitor.  You won't believe it but sunglasses
  21.     DO cut down on the flicker a lot.  I remember reading abt using shades
  22.     to cut down on the flicker, in one of the tutorial books for Imagine 2.0,
  23.     and said I had to try it.  I don't know, the results may vary for you,
  24.     but sunglasses are a lot cheaper than a Flicker Fixer.
